Maintenance
Maintenance includes the supply of upgrades and corrective updates. These will be provided in the form of files to be downloaded from the Customer Area. New KB Crawl versions will be provided in the same way.
Users updates client workstations simply by installing an executable file. Maintenance is yearly and starts on the day when KB Crawl is installed on the customer's site.
