KB Crawl is built on two types of architecture: Workstation or Web Portal.

KB Crawl offers a flexible and modular architecture installed on your monitoring users' workstations that will easily fit into your information system. With the Single Workstation version, the software is installed with its database on the same workstation. With the Multiple Workstation version, the database is shared by several monitoring users.

KB Crawl allows you to process and monitor vast amounts of information. In order to provide such high performance, it comes with the Firebird open source database.

 
KB Crawl has been enriched with modules installed on monitoring users' workstations to optimize your monitoring process. 
 

Overview of the Modules

• KB Mail allows the monitoring user to group and validate e-mail notifications before they are sent.
• KB NavRecord allows you to easily record complex website browsing operations.
• KB Exchange allows you to exchange collected data with other types of tools or to distribute information over an intranet.
• KB OCR uses OCR techniques to detect new features or keywords inside pictures (e.g. in scanned PDF documents).
